Each piece is hand-made with love for you and hence we do not exchange or offer any refund.
Though we are more than happy to alter the piece for you free of charge.
We do not accept returns or refunds.
SHOP AXQUISITE being an eco-conscious, make-to-order brand, does not pertain to any returns or refunds. As each order is made for its respectful end customer. We only provide one-time size exchanges for the purchased style/s which one can avail of within 7 days of the delivery date (India), no exchange or refund or return for international orders
Shipping to beared by the customer in case of alterations.
Shipping
- We try to deliver our products within 10days of placing the order.
- COD order are considered confirmed after Rs.1000 rupees confirmtion at the given number at the time of checkout.
- All packets are sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit.
- Customer has to bear the shipping cost for Exchange / Alteration of products of product.
- Our packets are properly waterproof sealed for couriers. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged product in transit due to inappropriate / carelessness of the courier company.
Cancellation Policy:
If you want to modify your order and have not hit the place your order button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on Mailakshaysethi@gmail.com
Once the order gets confirmed by the vendor, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. We would like to tell you that we specially procure merchandise post you order on www.coordsets.in In case of cancellation due to dislike or any change of plans, ShopAxquisite reserves the right to refund or offer an exchange voucher.
